What does your estimating process look like?

You'll receive a detailed Excel spreadsheet with quantities broken down by item and location, as well as any notes or clarifications. You’ll also receive a condensed set of the pdf drawings showing the color-coded takeoff.

Pricing depends on project size and complexity. Once we have the plans and scope of work, we’ll send you a proposal!

For clients in good standing, we typically invoice for the full amount of the project upon completion. However, we reserve the right to require a 50% deposit before starting work. Late fees may apply to any overdue balances.

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days, but expedited options are available.
